Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bold by Grace Creations! We strive to provide quality products, fast processing times, and excellent customer service. We truly love what we do, and we appreciate every customer who supports our small business.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on the day of purchase, order volume, holidays, product availability, and other circumstances.
Live Build Orders
Live Build orders typically ship the next business day. However, depending on order volume and other circumstances, processing may take up to 3 business days before your order ships.
Custom Apparel Orders
Custom apparel orders are typically sent to production within 24–72 hours of being placed. In many cases, orders are sent into production immediately, depending on the day, time, and current order volume.
Because every custom apparel order is uniquely designed and created, additional production time may be required for artwork, design, printing, personalization, and quality control before your order is ready to ship.
All Other Orders
All other orders are typically sent to production within 24–72 hours of being placed. In many cases, orders are sent into production immediately, depending on the day, time, and current order volume.
We do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible while providing excellent customer service. We love what we do, and we love our customers!
Boutique Collection
Boutique items will ship separately from custom-made products.
If your order contains both boutique and custom-made items, you will receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier has scanned your package.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
Most orders arrive sooner than this; however, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Bold by Grace Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable).
We are happy to provide any documentation needed to assist with the carrier’s claims process.
If the error was made by Bold by Grace Creations, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
